Our Workshops

Through our in-person and online workshops, programs, and events, What4.Org helps to create a safe and comfortable environment for our participants to be open about their mental health.

Mental Health Education Workshops

Our in-person and online workshops cover topics such as mental health literacy, stress reduction techniques, and coping strategies.

They are open to all members of the public, particularly individuals at risk of poor mental health due to socioeconomic, cultural, or life stage factors.

Youth Mental Health Programs

Our Youth Programs focus on the prevention of youth-onset mental health conditions by building emotional awareness, resilience, and peer connection through experiential and educational formats.

These are school or community-based programs for youth aged 15–25 involving workshops, adventure-based learning, and mentorship and are aimed at young people in transitional life stages or experiencing environmental or social stressors.

Our Connection Circles are regular gatherings led by trained peer facilitators offering safe, non-clinical spaces for people to share experiences, build connection, and develop self-care practices.

These circles are open to all, but are targeted towards those who may be experiencing mild to moderate mental health challenges or social isolation.

Peer Support & Connection Circles

Our campaigns feature social media campaigns, awareness events, and policy submissions developed in collaboration with people with lived experience and health professionals.

They are open to all members of the public, with a focus on groups with high unmet mental health needs or poor access to services.
